![]() Room service servers were aways attentive and reviewed the order with me to ensure it was exactly what we requested. Room service was reasonably quick and the food was pretty good. The service at the Sinatra was great, and the food was very good, but not the most authentic Italian food I've ever had. Although I found it difficult to make reservations at The Buffet using the Wynn App, we were still able to walk-in and receive priority access using our Wynn Key Card our wait times were always less than 10 minutes. We made separate requests for a refrigerator and extra pillows and both were fulfilled in less than 5 minutes. ![]() All the in-room switches, outlets, drapes and tech worked exactly as expected. Our room had fast hot water and perfect climate control. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job with surprising attention to details, like tucking the robe belts into the pockets after we used them. The standard King room was large, spotless and quiet. EVERY Staff Member we met was very friendly and helpful. The staff and the service they provide are truly exceptional.
